The quote tool

The quote form takes gender, birth date, self-rated health, tobacco status, benefit amount, and length of coverage. These go to the carriers' quoting engine to produce rates and never stay on this website. Name, location, phone or email is never gathered for quotes. Identical repeat requests might pull from momentary storage so the carriers' servers aren't called again.

Applying

If you proceed to apply, your answers fill an application on the carriers' secure site, and you follow that platform's terms. Susman Insurance Agency, License 0B75129, runs all applications.

The contact form

The contact form gathers your name, email, an optional phone, desired response method, inquiry category, and message. Susman Insurance Agency gets the message by email; your email serves as the return address. This site keeps no copy, no message database, no storage of what you write. Quick browser-based fraud checks run before sending.

Measurement

This domain tallies visitor clicks through anonymous measurement built into this site. No tracking cookies and no stored identifiers; IP addresses get two bytes masked before saving; search strings from referring pages are stripped; raw logs vanish after three months. Visitors with Do Not Track turned on or Global Privacy Control enabled are excluded.

What we do not do

We don't buy or trade personal data, run tracker ads, or pull in outside stats. The single third party is the carriers' platform, which only activates when you navigate to apply.
